I’m The Real Estate Doctor. I have been making Real Estate money since 1999!
I graduated with honors in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
I also worked for a public accounting firm and received my Certified Public Accounting license. Here I discovered my true passion, Real Estate.
I saw people with tax returns of 100k and knew I wanted to be like them, they were people just like you and me and they were making MILLIONS! At that time, making even 120K was just a dream to me so I started learning everything I could about real estate investing by listening to CDs everywhere I went (yes, they were considered pretty ‘cutting edge’ in those days!).
With ups and downs, I went from owning my first property to owning over 8,000 properties. This did not happen overnight. I used to doubt if I could make it and now I own real estate in more than 25 states nationwide and even internationally.
I was also one of the first investors in bitcoin and have been making my way around it. And how did I go from listening to CDs to becoming The Real Estate Doctor? The key was to start and test what I was learning.
People usually get stuck in “education mode” and never escape from it. Don’t let that be you! Ask for help, keep learning, and keep educating yourself but don’t stop moving!
